Goulash recipe

Ingredients

400g of onion
100g of butter

1 tbsp of oil
5 tsp of tomato paste
1 tsp of paprika

25 cl beef broth (1 cube + water)
20 cl fresh cream
1 bouquet garni
1 kg braising beef

Pepper
Salt



Utensils

1 cast iron casserole dish

Chef's Knives
1 peeler
1 brush
1 kitchen scale
1 set 3 pans



Preparations

Step 1🤗

Peel and slice onions




Step 2🤗

Fry them in butter and oil, when the onions have melted and form a "pasty mass", add the meat cut into medium-sized pieces




Step 3🤗

Add tomato paste, salt and pepper, bouquet garni and beef stock, close the casserole because the meat should not be browned




Step 4🤗

Let cook on very low heat for 3 hours




Step 5🤗

Add paprika 1 hour before serving




Step 6🤗

Stir in the crème fraîche at the last moment, let it warm up and serve
