Put the 2 glasses of quinoa and the 5 glasses of cold water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then let cook over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.

In the meantime, chop the onion and brown it in a pan with olive oil, add the garlic and let it cook for 2 minutes.

Once the quinoa is cooked, pour it into the pan over the garlic and onion mixture. Add the fresh cream and spices.

Let the mixture cook for 5 minutes, stirring regularly so that the quinoa soaks up all the flavors.
