Ham Steak recipe

Ingredients

50sp of Trappist beer
4 steaks of Ham 150g
4 shallots
125ml liquid fresh cream



Utensils

1 mixer

1 peeler
1 kitchen whisk
Chef's Knives
1 wooden spoon
1 plat
Oven
1 large container
1 kitchen scale

Preparations


STEP 1

Coarsely chop the shallots.



STEP 2

With a little butter, sear the ham steaks. Season very reasonably



STEP 3

Once the steaks are colored, remove them and melt the shallots



STEP 4

Once the shallots are melted (even slightly browned), deglaze by adding the 50cl beer and boil (The shallots must be bathed)


STEP 5

Boil until there is no more foam



STEP 6

Put on very low heat and add the fresh cream and the steaks


STEP 7

Leave to reduce for +/- 20 minutes and adjust the seasoning



STEP 8

After we pass on table
