Beef Stew recipe

Ingredients

4 carrots
1 knob of butter
1 clove of garlic
1 clove of onion
2 tsp of  cornstarch

1kg of veal
2 cubes broth


Pepper
Salt



Utensils

1 saucepan

Preparations

Step 1πŸ€—

Cut the pieces of veal into cubes, take a heavy-bottomed saucepan and add a knob of butter, brown the meat over low heat




Step 2πŸ€—

In a bowl , put 2 stock cubes, fill with hot water to melt them, add 2-3 tablespoons of cornstarch to thicken the sauce a little




Step 3πŸ€—

Peel and cut the carrots into slices, the garlic clove and the onion




Step 4πŸ€—

Add them to the meat. Add the sauce, salt and pepper




Step 5πŸ€—

Simmer for about 2 hours, add a little water if the meat is too dry, and stir regularly
