Cut the chicken cutlets into small cubes or strips. Set aside.

Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely.

Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the garlic.

When the butter has melted, add the flour all at once while stirring.

Add the cream, salt and pepper and simmer over low heat.

In a frying pan, pour the olive oil and fry the chicken pieces until golden brown. Set aside

Wash the mushrooms and chop them

Add them to the saucepan containing the cream and fry for 10 minutes over low heat

Cook the pasta for 3 minutes in a pot of boiling salted water, drain it and add it to the pan containing the mushroom cream

Add the chicken pieces and mix well, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese
