Chiken Wrap recipe

Ingredients

6 wheat pancakes
1  pouch grated emmental cheese
40cl cottage cheese
12  sheets salad 
2 eggs

breadcrumbs

6 chicken breasts or cutlets

1  kitchen whisk

Preparations

Step 1πŸ€—

Start by breading the chicken breasts or cutlets.



Step 2πŸ€—

Beat the 2 eggs, dip the chicken in them and then in breadcrumbs.




Step 3πŸ€—

Cook them in a pan for 10-15 min.




Step 4πŸ€—

During this time, cut the salad, season the cottage cheese (salt, pepper).




Step 5πŸ€—

Once the cutlets are ready, put them in the microwave for 1 minute.



Step 6πŸ€—

Spread the cottage cheese on the patties. Arrange the salad and Emmental cheese (according to taste) on top.



Step 7πŸ€—

Place the breaded chicken on top, fold and serve
