Fried SPAM recipe

Ingredients

1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® Classic
Peanut oil, for frying
Sriracha Mayo
General Tsao Stir Fry Sauce
Sriracha Ketchup






Utensils

Slotted Spatula
Chef's Knives
Skillet - Frying Pan



Preparations

Step 1🤗

Open the can and take out the spam.




Step 2🤗

Cut it in thick slices of about 0,5cm i.e. cut SPAM ® Classic in 6 slices,




Step 3🤗

cut each slice in 4 thick matches.




Step 4🤗

Heat a heavy skillet or deep fryer to 350° F.




Step 5🤗

Once the pan is hot, add about 4 inches of oil.




Step 6🤗

Once the oil is hot, place the slices on the pan.




Step 7🤗

Let them grill for 2-3 minutes, turning them from side to side




Step 8🤗

Once the side is well browned, toasted, turn and let cook the other side.




Step 9🤗

Once both sides are golden brown, remove from the pan and serve.




Step 10🤗
