Sausages Italian recipe

Ingredients

150 g Italian sausages
15ml olive oil
1 clove of garlic
chopped onion
160 ml ( 2/3 cup) ketchup

5g fresh rosemary
Salt
pepper

Preparations

Step 1πŸ€—

Pierce the sausages in several places with a fork. Place them in a saucepan, cover with water, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes.




Step 2πŸ€—

Remove from water, dry well and cut each sausage into 3-4 sections.

Heat the oil in a frying pan

Rosemary for 3 to 4 min, taking care not to burn them, to infuse well and flavor the oil.

Add sausages and cook until lightly browned, 2-3 min., turning occasionally during cooking.

Add the tomato sauce and cook for 8-10 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
