Chicken Drumsticks recipe

Ingredients

1 large glass white wine
1 large glass of water
Chicken stock cube
4 onions
Olive Oil

Thyme
Chicken Drumsticks

Pepper
Salt
Small peppers

Preparations


STEP 1

In a sauté pan or casserole dish, brown the chicken drumsticks in olive oil



STEP 2

Once the drumsticks are golden, add the onion cut into thin strips



STEP 3

When the onion is golden, add the thyme and bay leaf. Salt, pepper



STEP 4

Add white wine, water and stock cube or chicken stock according to taste, let simmer for about 30 minutes
