Salmon recipe

Ingredients

20 Cherry tomatoes
20 fresh button mushrooms
1 clove of garlic
4  brins dill
Olive Oil

1 Limon yellow
Salt
Ground pepper
4 fresh salmon steaks

1 Microwave

1 parchment paper

Preparations

Step 1🤗

Preheat oven to 180°C (gas mark 6). Wash, spin-dry and chop the dill. Peel and finely chop the garlic clove, set aside.




Step 2🤗

Slice the mushrooms after cleaning them




Step 3🤗

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half




Step 4🤗

Place a salmon steak in the center of each sheet of baking paper




Step 5🤗

Add tomatoes and mushrooms all around




Step 6🤗

Sprinkle salmon steaks with dill and garlic and drizzle with lemon juice




Step 7🤗

Season with pepper and salt and finish with a drizzle of olive oil.



Step 8🤗

Close the papillotes and put them in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes.



Step 9🤗
