Put each salmon fillet on 1 separate aluminum sheet

Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into thin slices

Lightly salt and pepper the salmon

Arrange on each salmon alternately: 1 slice of tomato, then 1 slice of mozzarella, then 1 slice of tomato

Mince the olives and garlic cloves, sprinkle over the 2 salmon steaks; add a little salt, pepper, and sprinkle with herbs

Pour the equivalent of 2 teaspoons of olive oil on each salmon fillet

Close each foil in foil, and place them in a gratin dish

Put in a hot oven (210°C/th 7) for 35 min, the salmon is cooked when its skin has cleared up
