Green Beans recipe

Ingredients

60g of butter
400g of tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
2 cloves of onion
Olive Oil

Sage
2sp of broth
600g green beans
Pepper
Salt

1 saucepan

1 parchment paper

Preparations

Step 1πŸ€—

Cook the green beans in salted boiling water for 10 minutes, can add a tsp of Oil (optional)




Step 2πŸ€—

They should still be crunchy




Step 3πŸ€—

Peel, seed and chop the tomatoes



Step 4πŸ€—

Fry the garlic and the sage leaves in the butter then add the drained beans



Step 5πŸ€—

Leave to heat then add the tomatoes with their juice



Step 6πŸ€—

Salt, pepper. Add the broth little by little




Step 7πŸ€—

Leave to cook for 25 to 30 minutes


Step 8πŸ€—

After we pass on table
