Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe

Ingredients

1 minced onion
1 carrot cut into sticks
1 clove of garlic
60cl of chicken broth
Olive Oil

1 tbsp of flour or cornstarch
1/2 tbsp of chili or Tabasco
1/2 tsp powdered ginger
Pepper
Salt
1/2 tbsp vinegar
3 black mushrooms
2 chicken breasts
100g bean sprouts
1 tbsp soy sauce
125g noodles



Utensils

1 filter

Chef's Knives
1 ladle
1 immersion blender
1 eating blender
1 electric slow cooker
1 cast iron casserole dish
1 wok
1 dish



Preparations

Step 1🤗

Heat the oil in a casserole or wok and sauté the chicken with the garlic, onion, ginger and vegetables, and sauté for a few minutes



Step 2🤗

Add the broth and cook for 12 to 15 minutes




Step 3🤗

Dilute the cornstarch with the broth and pour it into the dish



Step 4🤗

Add the noodles and mushrooms previously rehydrated. Season to taste with chilli, soy sauce and vinegar and cook for a few minutes. It's ready !
